Do you really think this bloody road would pave the way for you..

Sooo many people complain about how their life has no meaning, no direction. Don't get me wrong I love complaining, I whine ALL the time, about stupid little things. Anyway, I know at times you feel as if life is useless, and there's no point to it, but direction is something that you have got to give yourself. It depends solely on your choice of what you want to do with your life, where you want to be in the future, no one can TELL you who to be, its something you decide for yourself.
Ayn Rand said that the worst kind of person is the one without purpose. Purpose is the engine behind any force of nature, any object, any creation. A human being who has the greatest mind amongst all living creatures, cannot use that power, this tremendous gift to give meaning to his life is truly the worst kind of human being.
And to give a direction to your life you have to get off your lazy butt and look for it. Its not going to come as some godly revelation if you don't look for it. Forget something like meaning to your life, you can't find ANYTHING if you don't look for it. You have to experience new things and actively search for something that you want to do.
Imagine a life with purpose, full of drive and energy, without a moment of boredom, ambition, success...
How cool is ambition though... it not only shows an amazing drive to succeed but also the kind of dignity and respect you have for yourself, you believe in yourself. Makes you rethink the whole we're just a tiny drop in the ocean theory. I mean, yeah the world is a huge place and you're just one little part of it, you're not the centre of the world, bla bla bla. But if you only go with that theory you miss out on all the power you wield as a single person. One person can totally change the world.
